Order online, pick it up in person — free, fast, and no shipping to wait on.

How It Works

1. Shop online. Add your items to the cart as usual.

2. Choose Local Pickup at checkout. Select Local Pickup in the delivery options instead of shipping. There's no shipping charge.

3. Wait for your "Ready for Pickup" email. Most orders are ready within 1 Business Day. Please wait for this email before heading over — it's the fastest way to make sure your order is packed and waiting.

4. Come pick it up. Bring your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) and a photo ID. We'll have it ready at the counter.

Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Good to Know

It's free. No shipping costs, no minimum order.

Someone else can pick up for you. Just reply to your confirmation email with their name, and have them bring a photo ID along with your order confirmation.

We'll hold your order for 7 days. If you can't make it in that window, let us know and we're happy to hold it longer. Orders not collected after 14 days may be refunded and returned to stock.

Returns are easy too. Picked something up that isn't right? Bring it back within 30 days, unopened and in its original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
